1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FalconHunter (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. The Service is intended solely for authorized security professionals, bug bounty hunters, and students with explicit permission to test target systems.

2. Authorized Use Only

You are solely responsible for obtaining written authorization before scanning, testing, or probing any target system. FalconHunter provides tools that may be used for both defensive and offensive security purposes. Unauthorized use against systems you do not own or have permission to test is strictly prohibited and may violate local, national, and international laws.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

You may use the Service under a Free tier or a paid subscription (Lite or Pro). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a rolling 30-day basis from the date of purchase or activation. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Service to attack systems without explicit written authorization.
• Sharing credentials, API keys, or access tokens with unauthorized parties.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
• Uploading illegal, malicious, or infringing content via the chat or image upload features.
• Automated abuse, botting, or circumventing usage limits by any means.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, trademarks, and content provided by FalconHunter remain the property of their respective owners. You retain ownership of any data, targets, and findings you generate using the Service, subject to your compliance with these terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the tools for any particular purpose. You assume full responsibility for any actions taken using the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FalconHunter and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, unauthorized access, or legal penalties.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
