  • Usage data: command counts, feature usage, subscription status, and payment history.
  • Chat data: prompts, uploaded images, and tool outputs are processed to generate responses. We retain chat threads to enable continuity across sessions.
  • Payment data: for Stripe payments, billing details are handled by Stripe. For bKash, we collect TrxID and sender number for manual verification.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to operate the Service, enforce usage limits, process payments, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with industry-standard access controls. We implement Row-Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure users can only access their own data. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no system is completely secure.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party providers for authentication, payments, and AI model inference. These include Supabase (database and auth), Stripe (payment processing), and Lovable AI Gateway (model inference). Each provider is bound by their own privacy and security commitments.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use minimal cookies and local storage for session management, authentication state, and UI preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account deletion, we will remove personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
