Refund Policy

1. General Policy

FalconHunter offers paid subscriptions (Lite and Pro) on a monthly basis. We strive to provide a high-quality service and fair refund terms. This policy applies to all paid plans, whether purchased via Stripe or bKash.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Within 7 days of purchase: If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial payment or plan activation.
  • Service unavailability: If the Service experiences prolonged downtime or a material failure that prevents reasonable use, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your billing period.
  • Accidental purchase: If you believe you were charged in error, contact us immediately. We review each case individually.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will generally not be granted in the following situations:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the initial purchase.
  • Usage of a significant portion of the monthly command or credit quota.
  • Violations of the Terms of Service resulting in account suspension or termination.
  • Change of mind after substantial usage of premium features.

4. bKash Refunds

For payments made via bKash, refunds are processed manually to the same sender number used for the original transaction. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for processing after approval. A valid TrxID and sender number are required for verification.

5. Stripe Refunds

For payments made via Stripe, refunds are processed through the Stripe dashboard. Approved refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to oveeksur67@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request.” Include your registered email address, plan name, payment method (Stripe or bKash), date of purchase, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

7. Cancellation vs. Refund

Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. If you cancel within the eligible refund window, you must also submit a refund request to receive reimbursement.

8. Policy Changes
